Contact inquiries

We use Formspree to process contact form submissions and deliver them to our business inbox. The contact details, message and property reference you submit are transmitted to Formspree and may be stored in its dashboard. Formspree Privacy Policy

When you contact us, we use the information you provide—including your contact details and message—to respond and, where requested, prepare a property transaction.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps toward a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in answering other inquiries.

Providing this information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details and information about your request to respond. Data Protection Commission

Scheduling a call

We use Calendly, LLC to arrange appointments. The embedded calendar loads only when you select “Open calendar”. Calendly then receives technical connection information and processes the contact details, appointment time and answers you provide to arrange the meeting and send booking notifications. Information may be processed in the United States.

We use booking information to respond to your request on the same legal bases described under Contact inquiries. Calendly provides its own privacy information and cookie controls in the booking interface. You can also request a call through our contact form. Calendly Privacy Notice

Website operations and security

We use Cloudflare to host and protect our website. Technical information, including your IP address, browser information and requested pages, is processed to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, referral sources, device types and approximate visitor regions. This analytics setup does not use cookies. We do not send contact form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Plausible. Analytics is limited to our public production website; admin pages and test versions are excluded.

Service providers and international processing

Information is available to authorized team members and service providers supporting our website and communications. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Our company operates in the United States, where our team handles inquiries. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., is also based in the United States.

Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides for EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework safeguards and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are available in Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry data only as long as needed. Inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are generally deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact, and sooner when no longer needed.

Information needed for an ongoing transaction, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may be retained for the relevant period.

Technical records are retained only for the period needed for website operation, fault diagnosis and security investigations. EUR-Lex
